Purple Vienna
Purple Vienna Kohlrabi is an heirloom, open-pollinated variety that is an ideal staple crop for cool-weather gardening. This is one of the easiest and most productive cool-weather crops to grow. We recommend succession planting for continuous harvests throughout the fall and winter months. Plants grow to 12″ tall and produce edible greens in addition to the beautiful bulbs.
Early White Vienna
Early White Vienna Kohlrabi is easily grown for its white-fleshed swollen stem. This cool weather vegetable resembles an above ground turnip. Kohlrabi has a crisp, mild flavor that's best when eaten when 2"-3" in diameter. The tender bulbs are high in vitamin C!
